Formed in 1994, both the appraisal staff of Cureton Johnson & Associates and its subcontractors are state certified for both commercial and residential appraisal work, as well as licensed for real estate leasing and sales. Cost figures used by Cureton Johnson & Associates, for both residential and commercial costs, are established from Marshall and Swift Cost Service and information from our local market of builders and building material suppliers. Sales information is derived from local Multiple Listing Services, Metro Market Trends, Inc., public records and our appraisal files.

All appraisal reports performed by Cureton Johnson & Associates conform to the standards of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices.
